Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), a supplier securing the logistics of people and product to a variety of industrial sectors, announces that it has been informed that on 30 September 2026, Lynden Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 12,533 shares in the Company in tranches at a prices of 68 and 69 pence per share.

Following these purchases Mr Jones holds 521,623 shares in the Company representing approximately 6.58% per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital.
