Publication of 2025 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

Further to its Annual Results announcement issued earlier today (the "Results Announcement"), the Company confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 52-weeks ended 28 December 2025, and the Notice of the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been published today.

The documents are available on the Company's website at www.tortillagroup.co.uk, and printed copies will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive documents in hard copy.

The AGM will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday 25 August 2026 at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF. Details of the meeting, and how to vote, can be found in the Notice of AGM.
