TomCo (AIM: TOM), the US operating oil development group focused on using innovative technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, announces that an Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") will be held at 2.00 p.m. on 30 June 2026 at the offices of RWK Goodman LLP, 69 Carter Lane, London EC4V 5EQ.

Copies of the AGM Circular (incorporating formal notice of the AGM) and the form of proxy have today been posted to shareholders and will also shortly be made available to download from the Company's website at www.tomcoenergy.com/investors/corporate-documents/.
