Tomahawk Metals Plc (AQSE: TWHK), quoted on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market, is pleased to provide an update on operations and strategy at Saturn Gold Project in Western Australia and its Antimony and Gold licenses in Slovakia.

 

Overview:

 

·      The Company has entered into an advisory agreement with Sven Honig and Voytech Sesulka who will advise the Company on developing and delivering a pipeline of new projects for the Company to consider.

·      The Company is in the process of appointing Matej Molcan as Managing Director and Geological in Country expert for its Slovakian Company.

·      Following our site visits to the license areas last week, the completion and detailed review of SRK's operational review of the license areas and Matej Molcan's guidance, the Company has entered into an agreement with Sven Honig and Voytech Sesulka to complete a desk based analysis of all current and historical information on the licenses. The review will deliver a detailed geological model of the license areas and a clear plan to develop the assets.

·      The Company has appointed Dingo Prospecting, a Western Australia based exploration specialist, to lead a field programme at the Company's Saturn Gold Project, with work expected to commence in the coming weeks.

Matej Molcan EurGeol - VMS Exploration Founder, Director & Qualified Person

To be appointed as Managing Director Slovakia and Technical Geological Expert Slovakia

Mr. Molčan is an Exploration Geologist and a Qualified Person authorised by the Slovak Ministry of Environment, with 13 years experience in mineral exploration and structural analysis. He possesses an established track record of leading ASX-listed exploration companies through target generation, statutory reporting, and JORC-compliant sampling within Slovakia. Serving as a Director and Qualified Person for VMS Exploration, he oversees regulatory compliance under Slovak geological and mining law, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards. His extensive underground experience includes overseeing underground drilling operations, drill-core logging, and mapping structural features and vein systems for European Cobalt Ltd in Slovakia. Furthermore, Mr. Molčan has managed comprehensive exploration programs across Slovak licences as a Project Geologist for Aston Minerals, executing surface and underground campaigns, spatial reconstruction of historical mining operations, and rigorous QA/QC protocols. Over his career, he has successfully generated dozens of exploration projects across Central Europe and Slovakia, aligning strategic investor capital with high-potential Cobalt, Gold, Nickel, Antimony, Copper, and Graphite targets.

 

Dr. Sven Hönig, Ph.D., EurGeol - VMS Exploration Founder & Technical Lead

Dr. Hönig is an Economic Geologist with over 15 years of international experience leading technical programs from grassroots exploration to advanced underground operations. He is eligible for Qualified Person (QP) status under NI 43-101 and JORC codes, bringing extensive expertise in managing complex project portfolios, including orogenic gold, VMS, and intrusion-related systems. His project management background includes directing international teams and driving new business opportunities as Technical Director for CAML Exploration, alongside providing executive consultancy services for entities such as Aston Minerals and FireFox Gold. Dr. Hönig has robust underground capabilities, having led advanced VMS exploration and drilling programs for Kazzinc. His regional expertise includes a deep understanding of Central European geology and fluency in Slovak, complementing his proven track record of managing local teams and executing 5-element vein exploration as Chief Geologist for European Cobalt Ltd. Across Central Europe and Slovakia, he has been instrumental in generating dozens of projects spanning Cobalt, Gold, Nickel, Antimony, Copper, and Graphite systems for various international investors.

Dr. Vojtech Šešulka, Ph.D., EurGeol - VMS Exploration Founder & Structural/3D Modelling Lead

Dr. Šešulka is a Certified Exploration Geologist with over 15 years of experience in mineral exploration, geological mapping, and advanced 3D modelling. He brings critical technical and project management skills to the team, being highly experienced in the design and management of both surface and underground drilling campaigns, including drillhole targeting and complex core logging. Notably, he serves as a long-time member of the geological team and a Qualified Person (QP) on the Cínovec Li-Sn-W project in the Czech Republic, one of the world's largest hard-rock lithium deposits. His specific experience in Slovakia includes operating as a Senior Geologist for European Cobalt Ltd, where he executed advanced underground exploration, mapping, sampling, and historic development modelling for Co-Ni-Cu-Ag systems. Dr. Šešulka has a prolific track record in target generation, having co-developed dozens of diverse mineral projects across Central Europe-including Slovakia-covering commodities from base and precious metals to graphite.

 

Dingo Prospecting Limited

Dingo Prospecting is a Western Australian company specialising in remote exploration services for the resources industry.

The team has extensive experience working across WA's most remote and technically challenging regions - from the Kimberley to the Pilbara and beyond.

They support junior explorers and major mining companies alike, helping them meet annual expenditure commitments, collect high-quality geochemical data, and make the field observations that underpin confident exploration decisions.

 

 

Scope of first phase Work Slovakia: Desk top analysis.

 

The scope of work that will commence immediately on the Slovakian license areas will focus on digitising all the historic records available on the licenses, it will analyse all historic drill information, and all filed official progress report filed under each licenses area. The information will be summarised, and a detailed geological model will be developed as a result.

 

Following the above a detailed work plan for each of the licenses will be established along with budgets and timeframes required per phase of work.

 

 

Australia Scope of first phase work:

 

The Saturn Gold Project located in Western Australia is proximal to the Koolyanobbing Iron Ore Mine. Small scale underground mining was conducted at a 12g/t Au production grade. The Saturn Gold Project is located in Western Australia, in proximity to the Koolyanobbing iron ore operations. The project has a history of small scale underground gold mining, with a reported historical production grade of approximately 12 g/t gold. This historical information has not been independently verified by the Company and is not necessarily indicative of future exploration results. 

 

Field based exploration program to sample mineralisation at surface and proximal to historical workings will be conducted by Ding Prospecting. The Company expects to announce results within the next few weeks. A field based exploration programme will be undertaken by Dingo Prospecting field based sampling mineralisation at surface and in the vicinity of historical workings. The Company expects to report initial results in the coming weeks.

 

Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Tomahawk hereby announces that the Company therefore has 74,096,009 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote.

The above figure of 74,096,009 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
