Hello Neighbor breaks CCU record on Steam

Summary by AI BETAClose X

tinyBuild announced that its franchise Hello Neighbor achieved a new all-time peak concurrent user count on Steam during the recent Spring Sale, selling approximately 100,000 units in one week, following a strong December 2025 with over 60,000 units sold. This performance is attributed to increased community activity with over 2,200 Steam Workshop mods, anticipation for Hello Neighbor 3, continued console engagement, over 100,000 daily mobile downloads in Q1 2026, interest in the animated series, and nearly 100,000 new wishlists in Q1 2026. The company plans to continue investing in its owned franchises to build long-lasting multimedia properties.

Hello Neighbor breaks CCU record on Steam

tinyBuild, a premium video games publisher and developer with global operations, is pleased to announce a new milestone for its flagship franchise: Hello Neighbor reached a new all-time peak concurrent user (CCU) count on Steam during the recent Spring Sale, shipping approximately 100,000 units in one week on the platform.

This performance follows the title's strongest December on Steam since launch in 2017, with more than 60,000 units sold in December 2025, demonstrating tinyBuild's long-term strategy of building durable own-IP franchises over many years. Hello Neighbor is a blueprint for creating multi-title franchises through sequels, prequels, spin-offs, modding support, ports, VR, books, graphic novels and animations.

Recent drivers of renewed engagement in Hello Neighbor include:

·      a sharp increase in community activity around Steam Workshop mods in Q4 2025, including several viral mods gaining traction on YouTube (more than 2,200 mods currently available for the game on Workshop);

·      the announcement of the new Neighbor design for Hello Neighbor 3 which already collected millions of views on YouTube;

·      continued engagement across console platforms, and over 100k download per day on mobile (including Nicky's Diaries) in Q1 2026;

·      ongoing audience interest in the animated series Hello Neighbor: Welcome to Raven Brooks, with Season 3 upcoming; and

·      strong wishlist momentum following of the Steam Winter Sale and the Spring Sale period, including just short of 100,000 new wishlists in Q1 2026.

tinyBuild will continue to invest in the long-term development of its owned franchises, including Hello Neighbor 3, as it executes on its strategy of building long-lasting, multi-title and multimedia entertainment properties.
