Change to Board Committee Membership

Pursuant to UKLR 6.4.6R(3), the Company announces that, following a review of Board Committee membership, independent Non-Executive Director Milyae Park will replace Sue Farr, Senior Independent Director, as Chair of its Sustainability Committee with effect from 26 January 2026. Sue Farr will remain as a member of the Sustainability Committee.
