The Company confirms that the Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 ("2025 Annual Report") have today been made available to view on the Company's website at: https://www.thg.com/investor-relations/results.

The 2025 Annual Report will shortly be posted, or otherwise made available, to the Company's shareholders.

In accordance with UKLR 6.4.1R and DTR 6.3.5R(1A), a copy of the 2025 Annual Report will today be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in unedited full text and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

As detailed in the 2025 Annual Report, the Company's Annual General Meeting ("Meeting") will take place at 1.00 p.m. on Wednesday 24 June 2026 at THG Studios, 7-9 Sunbank Lane, Altrincham WA15 0AF. The notice convening the Meeting will be published and distributed to the Company's shareholders in due course.
