The Gabonese Republic (the "Issuer") announces that it has today priced US$ 920,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 9.375% Amortising Notes due 2033 (the "Notes").

The Preliminary Offering Circular dated 27 July 2026, as amended, in respect of the Notes is available at the following link: https://www.budget.gouv.ga/offering-circular

The final Offering Circular in respect of the Notes will be published on the website of the Issuer and will be made available under a separate regulatory news announcement on the London Stock Exchange upon closing of the issuance, which is expected to be on or about 5 August 2026.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended by the Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 ("UK MAR").
