Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Beauty Tech Group plc (LSE: TBTG), a global leader in the rapidly growing at-home beauty technology market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Marnie Millard OBE to the Board as Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, effective from 1 July 2026. Marnie will replace Simon Cooper who will step down from the Board on 31 August 2026 after almost ten years with the business.  

Marnie brings extensive leadership experience in both executive and non-executive roles and has a strong track record driving growth for consumer and ecommerce brands. Marnie currently serves as Senior Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Renumeration Committee for Applied Nutrition plc and is Chair of University Academy 92 Limited. Until recently, Marnie also chaired the boards of Kitwave plc, Marks Electricals plc and MyPura.Com Limited and was Non-Executive Director for Finsbury Food Group plc and Belvoir Fruit Farms Ltd.

During her impressive executive career, Marnie spent eight years as Chief Executive Officer of Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks group. Here she delivered a strong track record of sustained growth, increasing the Company's market capitalisation by 60% and doubling the Group's retail sales value. Prior to joining Nichols plc, Marnie held the roles of Sales and Marketing Director at Macaw Limited, Commercial Director at Gerber Juice Company Limited, and Managing Director of Refresco Beverages UK Limited.

In 2018, she was awarded an OBE for Services to Business in the Northwest and International Trade in the Queen's Birthday Honours. She also holds an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from Salford University.

There is no further information that is required to be disclosed under UKLR 6.4.8 save that Marnie was a director of Luscious Food & Drink Company Limited from May 2006 to July 2007. Luscious Food & Drink Company Limited went into administration in December 2007 and was subject to a creditors' voluntary liquidation in 2009.
