Notice regarding interim results announcement for the six months ended 31 March 2026

Tharisa will be announcing its interim results for six months ended 31 March 2026 on Thursday, 21 May 2026. The announcement will be released on SENS at 07:05 (Johannesburg UTC +2) and RNS at 07:00 (London UTC +1).

The reviewed Interim Condensed Financial Statements and results presentation will be available for download on www.tharisa.com.

The Company will provide a live presentation relating to the results via the Investor Meet Company platform on Thursday, 21 May 2026 at 10:00 (Johannesburg UTC +2) and 09:00 (London UTC + 1).
