Change of Auditor

 

Tertiary Minerals plc (AIM: TYM), the explorer focused no energy transition and precious metals in Zambia and Nevada, announces the appointment of MAH, Chartered Accountants ("MAH") as the Group's auditor with effect from 19 June 2026.

 

MAH will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ending 30 September 2026 and their appointment as the Company's auditor will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the Company's next Annual General Meeting, to be held in 2027.

The appointment of MAH follows a prior tender process and the subsequent resignation of Crowe U.K. LLP ("Crowe") on 10 June 2026.

 

As required by Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, Crowe has confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances connected with their resignation which they consider should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

 

The Board wishes to take this opportunity to thank Crowe for its services to the Group in recent years.
