Ten Technologies Group plc (AIM: TENG), the leading global customer experience and loyalty platform for financial institutions and other premium brands, is pleased to confirm that, following shareholder approval at the General Meeting, the change of the Company's name from Ten Lifestyle Group plc to Ten Technologies Group plc has now been registered at Companies House and is effective.

 

The new name marks an important milestone in Ten's evolution. Since IPO, the Group has developed into a technology-driven customer experience and loyalty platform, combining proprietary technology, the Ten Digital Platform and AI-enabled products with the expertise of its global team of Lifestyle Managers.

 

Technology enables Ten's Lifestyle Managers to work more efficiently and deliver a more personalised service, while Ten's ability to deliver technology solutions for clients is increasingly central to how the Group serves members, wins new business and scales globally.

 

The change reflects the role technology now plays in the Group's competitive differentiation and long-term growth strategy.

 

The Company confirms that the change of name has been notified to the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new company name will take effect on AIM from 8.00 a.m. on 2 September 2026.

 

The Company's TIDM (TENG), ISIN (GB00BF188X60), LEI (213800YK94ZUOJUMN686) and SEDOL (BF188X6) remain unchanged. Existing share certificates remain valid, and no new certificates will be issued as a result of the change of name.
