Transaction in Own Shares

Telecom Plus PLC announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 5p each through Investec Bank PLC.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the company holds 4,433,535 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 81,648,658 Ordinary shares in issue. The figure of 77,215,123 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
