Telecom Plus PLC received notification today that on 19 August 2026 Stuart Burnett, Chief Executive, and Nick Schoenfeld, Chief Financial Officer, acquired a total of 130,839 and 111,238 ordinary shares of £0.05 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively through the realisation of certain vested share incentive awards. 

 

Following these acquisitions, Stuart Burnett sold 49,686 and Nick Schoenfeld sold 26,598 of the Ordinary Shares acquired to pay the associated income tax liabilities and costs where required.  

 

Following these transactions, Stuart Burnett and Nick Schoenfeld have increased their shareholdings in the Company by 81,153 to 146,792 and by 84,640 to 127,160 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing 0.19% and 0.16% of the total voting rights in the Company.

 

The attached notification, made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), gives further detail of the transactions.
