Appointment of Equity Capital Markets Adviser and Initiation of Research Coverage

Technologies New Energy plc (LSE: TNE), the energy transition company focused on developing clean energy projects for industrial decarbonisation, data-centre power infrastructure and the conversion of biomass into sustainable aviation fuel, energy and biochar, is pleased to announce the appointment of Greenwood Capital Partners Limited ("Greenwood") as its Equity Capital Markets Adviser.

Greenwood will support the Company in its capital markets strategy, including research coverage, investor engagement, enhancing institutional investor awareness and broadening the Company's visibility within the investment community.

In conjunction with its appointment, Greenwood has initiated research coverage of TNE, publishing a comprehensive research report examining the Company's business operations, development portfolio and growth opportunities.
