TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the international wealth, asset management and financial services group, notifies that it is today posting the notice of its annual general meeting ("AGM") to shareholders. The AGM notice will also be available at the Company's website at www.teamplc.co.uk.
The AGM is to be held at the Company's offices at 2nd Floor, Conway House, 7-9 Conway Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3NT at 2.00 p.m. on Friday 31 July 2026.
