TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the international wealth, asset management and financial services group, announces that John Cusins, Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 32,258 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 15.5 pence per share on 23 July 2026.

Following this purchase, Mr Cusins now holds 1,469,170 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.21% of the Company's current issued share capital.
