AGM Statement
Strengthened Board, AUM Growth and Expanding Adviser Base
At today's AGM, Chairman Mark Clubb will make the following statement:
"I would like to begin by extending a warm welcome to our two new Board members.
John Beverley, who is CEO of our fast-growing International Division, has deservedly joined the Board as an Executive Director.
Reflecting the ambition of the Group, John Cusins, has joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director. John's extensive experience across financial services, corporate governance and public markets will be a valuable addition to the Board as we continue the next phase of TEAM's development.
Both appointments were announced with the Interim Results in June, and we look forward to benefiting from their insight and counsel.
From a trading perspective, I am pleased to report that the Group continues to make good strategic and operational progress.
Since completing the transformational acquisitions of WH Ireland and the EPIC businesses, our focus has been firmly on integration, execution and realising the benefits of our significantly enlarged Group. I am pleased to say that this work continues to progress well.
Today, the Group has approximately £2.6 billion of assets under influence and management, up from £2.3 billion as at 31 March 2026, reflecting the continued development of our enlarged platform and reinforcing TEAM's position as a growing international wealth and asset management business.
Integration across the Group, including WH Ireland Wealth Management, remains on schedule. Bringing together businesses, people and systems is never without its challenges, but I would like to thank all of our colleagues for the professionalism, commitment and resilience they have shown throughout this process.
Within TEAM International, recruitment has remained particularly encouraging. Since March, we have welcomed a net 19 new advisers, strengthening our distribution capability and providing further momentum for future organic growth across our international markets.
As I said in June, our objective is not simply to become a larger business, but to become a stronger, more scalable and higher-quality business with an increasing proportion of recurring revenues and operational leverage. We continue to make steady progress towards that objective.
Our expectations remain unchanged. We continue to target achieving consistent month-on-month cash profitability around the end of this calendar year or during the first quarter of next year, as the benefits of integration, revenue growth and operational efficiencies increasingly come together.
Whilst there remains much work to do, I am encouraged by the progress we have made. The foundations we have been building over recent years are now firmly in place, and I remain confident that TEAM is well positioned to create long-term value for shareholders.
Finally, I would like to thank our shareholders for their continued support, our clients for the confidence they place in us, and all our colleagues across the Group for their dedication and hard work during what has been an important period in TEAM's development.
Thank you."
