Board and Committee Changes

Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Warby as an independent Non Executive Director with effect from 2 October 2026. Sarah will also become a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee and Remuneration Committee on appointment.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience in customer and brand and is Chief Customer Officer at Nando's UK&I and an independent Non-Executive Director at MONY Group plc. She has over 30 years experience in customer and brand, having previously held positions including Chief Marketing Officer at J Sainsbury plc and CEO at Lovehoney Ltd.  Sarah also chairs the High Streets Working Group for the Hospitality Sector Council.

Further to the Company's announcement on 9 June 2026, Clodagh Moriarty, independent Non-Executive Director, has confirmed that she will step down from the Board on 31 August 2026.

Martyn Coffey, independent Non-Executive Director, will join the Company's Remuneration Committee on an interim basis, pending the appointment of Sarah Warby.

There are no other disclosures to be made under UK Listing Rule 6.4.8(1).

There are no matters relating to the appointment of Sarah Warby that need to be disclosed pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.8(2) to (6) of the UK Listing Rules.
