Board Changes
Further to the notice of retirement in the Company's 2026 Annual Report, announced on 17 July 2026, the Board of Taylor Maritime Limited, the specialist dry bulk shipping company, confirms that Ms Yam Lay Tan has retired as Chief Financial officer and Executive Director of the Company with effect from today.
Due to the Company's managed wind-down strategy, first announced on 20 March 2026, the Board does not intend for a successor to be appointed in the role of Chief Financial Officer and key duties have transitioned to members of the senior management team.
Henry Strutt, Chairman, commented:
"Yam Lay has been a core member of the Company's senior management team and played an instrumental role in managing the Group's finance function since IPO. On behalf of the Board, we are exceedingly grateful for Yam Lay's commitment to the Company and wish her all the very best for her retirement."
