Sub: Disclosure under Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

 

This is to inform you that, on July 8, 2026, the Dutch Public Prosecution Office ('PPO') has summoned Tata Steel Ijmuiden B.V. ('TSIJ'), a material wholly-owned foreign subsidiary of Tata Steel Limited ('Company') situated in the Netherlands for suspected criminal offences over alleged pollution at coke and gas plants (CGP 1 and 2) at Ijmuiden.

 

Please find enclosed herewith an announcement titled 'Statement on the decision by the Public Prosecution Service (OM) to prosecute Tata Steel Ijmuiden (TSIJ)' disseminated by TSIJ to the Dutch media on July 8, 2026 in response to the decision of the PPO.

 

The Management was studying the impact of this summons on the Company and further course of action and hence, this disclosure is being made even date.

 

The disclosure is being submitted in compliance with Regulation(s) 30 read with 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
