Tan Delta (AIM:TAND), a leading provider of intelligent real time sensor based monitoring and maintenance systems for commercial and industrial equipment, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday 29 June 2026, at the offices of Zeus Capital Limited at 125 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025, together with the Notice of AGM, have been made available to shareholders on the Company's website at https://www.tandeltasystems.com/corporate-governance/reports-and-presentations/.

The Notice of AGM, Annual Report, and Form of Proxy have been mailed to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.
