Issue of Options

Talisman Metals PLC (“Talisman” or the “Company”) announces an issue of options to Vernon Shein (Lead Geologist) and Driss El Bouhli (Country Manager/Senior Geologist) with effect from 9 October 2026. Since the Company's admission to AIM on 27 January 2026 the management team has expanded to meet the business objectives of the Group. The Board of the Company has accordingly approved the grant of options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Options") to Vernon Shein and Driss El Bouhli (200,000 Options in total), which represent 0.28% of the Company’s present issued and outstanding share count. 

The principal terms of the Options are:

• Exercise price of 8.5 pence per ordinary share.

• The Options vest fully on the first anniversary of the date of grant, subject to the option holder remaining a Nominated Person under the Share Option Scheme (please see Admission Document of 31 December 2025 for reference); and, once vested, may be exercised in accordance with the rules of the Share Option Scheme.

• The Options have a term of three years from the date of grant.
