New Distribution Partnership in the Australasia Region

Further Expansion of Global Reach

t42 IoT Tracking Solutions plc ("t42" or the "Company"), a leading provider of real-time tracking, monitoring and security solutions for the global container and freight market, announces a new distribution partnership across Australia and New Zealand with engineering and innovative software business Relegen Pty Ltd ("Relegen").

This agreement is for the development and deployment of t42's products across Australasia combining the Company's solutions with Relegen's software platforms.

The combination of t42's IoT sensing and communications technologies and Relegen's integration and analytics capabilities will enable the delivery of comprehensive monitoring and asset intelligence solutions for sectors including government and public safety, defence and maritime operations, emergency services, infrastructure and utilities, and commercial and industrial asset management.

Relegen is engaged in asset management, systems integration and technology deployment services, including the provision of analytics, monitoring and operational intelligence solutions through its assetDNA platform and related services. It has built a reputation for delivering engineering excellence and innovative software solutions to solve complex issues across defence, mining and asset-intensive industry sectors.
