Expansion of Global Reach

t42 IoT Tracking Solutions plc ("t42" or the "Company"), a leading provider of real-time tracking, monitoring and security solutions for the global container and freight market, announces a new distribution partnership with M2M Nordic ApS ("M2M Nordic") in Denmark, with the potential to expand into a broader collaboration across the Nordic region.

This partnership combines t42's proven IoT tracking and monitoring technologies, built on over 30 years of experience and with more than one million units deployed worldwide, with M2M Nordic's strong regional presence and expertise in connectivity and IoT integration.

Together, the companies aim to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions for asset tracking, smart security and real-time data visibility across a range of industries utilising the Company's Lokies, Tetis and Kylos MC products, and its software solutions. The partnership represents a further step in t42's strategy to expand its global footprint and strengthen its position within the rapidly growing IoT ecosystem.

M2M Nordic is a Denmark-based trading and solutions company with more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure, applications and telecommunications, with a particular focus on mobile network technologies and evolving market trends. The company specialises in reliable and cost-efficient communication solutions within the M2M and IoT sectors, offering high-quality products from leading manufacturers.
