Disposal of Retained Bonds
T.H.F.C. (Funding No.3) Plc (the Issuer) is pleased to announce that during May 2025 it has disposed of £3.4 million Bonds.
In accordance with the provisions of the trust deed dated 11 October 2011 (as amended and supplemented) which constitutes and secures the Bonds, the Bonds in question were purchased by and held by or for the account of T.H.F.C. (Funding No.3) Plc following issue and classed as Retained Bonds.
Following the disposals, Bonds with an aggregate principal amount of £1,055,300,000 remain in issue and of this amount £38,350,000 in principal amount are Retained Bonds held by or for the account of T.H.F.C. (Funding No.3) Plc.
