System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has received notification on 30 March  2026 of the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares") by one of its Directors.

Conrad Bona, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 11,288 Shares at a price of £2.75. Following the purchase, Conrad Bona now holds 40,000 Shares, representing 0.3% of the Company's total voting rights.
