Synthomer plc (the "Company") has today published and submitted the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 for publication to the National Storage Mechanism in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1.

The annual report and accounts are also available to view on the Company's website, www.synthomer.com, or on request from the Company's Company Secretary at 10 Greycoat Place, London SW1P 1SB.

The Company expects to publish the notice of annual general meeting 2026 and related documents in due course, in advance of the shareholder meeting which will take place on 22 June 2026.
