Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance solutions, announces that it expects to release its unaudited interim results for H1 2026 ("Interim Results") on Tuesday, 18 August 2026.

A live webcast presentation of the Interim Results will be hosted on the Investor Meet Company platform at 11.00 a.m. BST on Monday, 24 August 2026 and is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted prior to the event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00 a.m. BST on the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
