Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance solutions, announces that it was notified on 12 June 2026 that Mr Paul Williams, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, via his Self-Invested Personal Pension automatically reinvested the Company's final dividend paid on 29 May 2026 and on 11 June 2026 purchased 62 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £1.9450 per share

As a result of this purchase, Mr Williams' interests in Ordinary Shares are as follows:
