£1.4 Million Southeast Asia Energy Contract

Synectics secures new contract for Eni's Kutei FPSO Project

Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security, surveillance and operational intelligence solutions, has secured a £1.4 million contract to provide an integrated security and surveillance solution to global energy company Eni for its Kutei Floating Production, Storage and Offloading ("FPSO") Project in Southeast Asia. The contract is expected to be delivered during Q1 2027.

Synectics will provide an end-to-end solution for the new FPSO facility, combining its flagship Synergy platform with its latest generation of 4K COEX explosion-proof cameras featuring integrated infrared ("IR") illumination. The solution will also integrate third-party systems, providing a unified security and surveillance environment designed for the demanding operational and hazardous conditions of offshore energy production.

The combination will provide operators with high-quality 4K imaging and enhanced visibility in low- and no- light conditions, improving monitoring of critical areas and reducing the risk of vital information being missed. The cameras' integrated IR capability reduces the need for additional equipment, helping lower cost, complexity and maintenance overheads.

Bringing Synergy and third-party systems together within a single operational environment will provide greater situational awareness, supporting faster, more informed responses to security, safety and operational events.

The award builds on Synectics' established position in the global energy market and its existing installations with Eni. The Group's proven technology, integration capabilities and ability to provide local support through its partner network were key factors in securing the contract, which also demonstrates the progress against Synectics' strategy to extend its market reach through systems integrator partners while deepening relationships in its core markets.

Amanda Larnder, Synectics Chief Executive Officer, said:

"This is another strong win for Synectics in a strategically important market and demonstrates the continued opportunities we see across the global Energy sector. Eni's existing experience of our technology is a strong endorsement of the performance and reliability of our solutions in some of the most demanding environments.

"The contract brings together our Synergy platform and COEX camera technology and demonstrates the strength of combining end-user relationships with trusted local partners to extend our reach and create further opportunities for growth."
