At the Annual General Meeting of Syncona Limited (the "Company") held today, all Resolutions as set out in the 'Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting' dated 3 July 2026 sent to shareholders of the Company (the "Notice") were duly passed.

Resolutions 1 to 12 were proposed as Ordinary Resolutions. Resolution 13 was proposed as a Special Resolution and Resolution 14 was proposed as an Extraordinary Resolution.
