Appointment of Distributor in North Africa

Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc ("Symphony" or "the Company") a global leader in "smarter, safer, and sustainable" plastic and rubber technologies, is delighted to announce that its subsidiary Symphony Environmental Ltd has appointed Synapsium as an exclusive distributor for its technologies in Morocco.

Synapsium, headquartered in Morocco and active in many African countries, is a consultancy firm recognised for its role in building relationships between sustainable innovative companies and African markets, as well as its collaboration with key multilateral institutions and development finance organisations to design and implement international cooperation programmes in Morocco and other African countries.

Through this exclusive agreement, Synapsium will actively support in a first phase, Moroccan manufacturers, converters, industrial operators, and institutional stakeholders in integrating Symphony's next-generation sustainable technologies into their products and operations.

Synapsium's Managing Director, Mohamed Amin Moustanjidi, said "This agreement represents a major milestone in our strategy to bring high-value sustainable technologies to African markets. By combining Symphony's globally recognised expertise with Synapsium's regional vision and network, we aim to accelerate the deployment of practical and scalable environmental solutions for the plastics industry and beyond."

Symphony's CEO, Michael Laurier, said "Our technologies are used in many countries around the world. d2w prevents plastic which gets into the environment from accumulating there for decades, by converting it automatically into biodegradable materials which do not leave microplastics; d2t prevents counterfeiting; and d2p provides a wide range of protection against bacteria, viruses, insects, rodents, and fire. We have also introduced a new product under our NbR brand to reduce the amount of fossil-derived material in plastic products. All these technologies will be of great benefit to the people of Morocco and North Africa, and we look forward to working with Synapsium to introduce the products to local markets."
