                           Directors' share dealings


The Company was today notified that on this day, Antony Everett, a director of
the Company, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £1.23 per Ordinary Share.


Following this purchase, Mr Everett has a beneficial interest in 4,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing 0.008 per cent. of the Company's total
issued ordinary share capital.
