Surgical Innovations Group plc (AIM: SUN), the designer and manufacturer of creative solutions for minimally invasive surgery ('MIS'), announces that that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders yesterday. The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2pm on 19 June 2012 at Clayton Wood House, 6 Clayton Wood Bank, Leeds LS16 6QZ.

The Group supplies large medical device companies on an OEM basis, generating both sales and IP royalty fees. Clients include Teleflex Medical, Olympus and CareFusion.

Industrial
|
SI's patented segment technology has been applied to the industrial market enabling customers to undertake inspection and maintenance of large-scale equipment, in situ with minimum disassembly and downtime.
