Director Declarations 

Following its announcement on 2 April 2019 in relation to the appointment of Peter Williams as a director and as Chairman of the Board and the appointment of Julian Dunkerton as a director and as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company, the following disclosures are made.

Peter Williams is a non-executive director and Chairman of the Board at U and I Group plc, Senior Independent Director at Rightmove plc and a non-executive director and Chairman of the Board at DP Eurasia NV.  His previous non-executive directorships include boohoo.com Group plc, Sportech plc and Cineworld Group plc. 

No further details remain to be disclosed in respect of Peter Williams's or Julian Dunkerton's appointments.
