AIM Announcement

Fundraising, Capital Access Window & Trading Halt

Fundraising

Following its strategic decision to accelerate exploration of its precious and base-metal projects as announced on 14 July 2026, and the announcement of its acquisition of an interest in the Lake Copper-Silver-Gold Project in Nevada, USA, on 20 July 2026, the Company is now announcing its intention to carry out a fundraise through an issue of new securities (the "Proposed Fundraising").

The Proposed Fundraising is being arranged by the Company's broker, AlbR Capital Limited (contact details below).

The net proceeds of the Proposed Fundraising will be used to carry out geophysical work on the Company's Lake and Reese Ridge Projects, preparatory work for drilling including permitting, and, depending on total funds raised, drill testing of priority targets on the Lake Project and either the Reese Ridge Zinc-Silver-Lead Project (Nevada, USA) or the Bakers Gold Project (Australia).

Depending on the amount raised, a portion of the Proposed Fundraising may be conditional upon shareholder approval at a General Meeting in which case each participant in the Proposed Fundraising will be issued with a corresponding pro-rata portion of new securities on a conditional basis, and a circular and notice of General Meeting will be published separately.

Capital Access Window

The Company wishes to announce that, following the recent amendments to the AIM Rules

for Companies, it intends to utilise the newly introduced Capital Access Window facility in connection with the Proposed Fundraising.

The AIM Rules Capital Access Window facility provides the Company with a voluntary mechanism to implement a temporary pause in trading in its securities and the Company has elected to utilise this facility in order to achieve pricing stability during the Proposed Fundraising.

Accordingly, trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares will enter a Capital Access Window

trading halt with effect from 7.30 a.m. today. The Company will provide a further announcement in due course.
