CIRCULAR & NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

Further to its announcement of 17 September 2026, Sunrise Resources plc announces that a Shareholder Circular, including a Notice of General Meeting (the “Circular”), has now been published on the Company’s website at:

A letter or email, depending on individual preference, has been sent to registered Shareholders to notify them of the publication of the Circular.

The General Meeting has been convened for 11.00 a.m. on Friday 16 October 2026 at The Meeting Room, Silk Point, Queens Avenue, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK10 2BB.

Proxy Voting will be available from 5.00 p.m. today and instructions can be found in the Circular starting on page 14 at the link above.
