SUN LIFE FINANCIAL DECLARES QUARTERLY SHAREHOLDER DIVIDEND
(TORONTO, February 15, 2001) - The Board of Directors of Sun Life Financial
Services of Canada Inc. today declared a quarterly shareholder dividend of $0.12
per share on common shares of the Corporation, payable March 31, 2001 to
shareholders of record at the close of business on February 26, 2001.
This is the second shareholder dividend declared by Sun Life Financial Services
of Canada Inc. since completing its demutualization process and becoming a
public company on March 23, 2000.
The Sun Life Financial of Canada group of companies, and its partners, provide a
wide range of savings, retirement, pension, and life and health insurance
products and services to individuals and corporate customers in Canada, the
United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Japan, Indonesia,
