The Board of STS Global Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a first interim dividend for the year to 31 March 2027 of 2.10p per share.

 

The Board has elected to maintain the dividend at the same rate as the equivalent dividend paid in respect of the previous financial year. It is the Board's intention, barring unforeseen circumstances, to at least maintain the quarterly dividend rate of 2.10p for the year to 31 March 2027.

 

The dividend will be paid on 30 October 2026 to shareholders on the register on 9 October 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 8 October 2026.
