Exercise of Options and TVR

 

 

Strix Group plc (AIM: KETL), the global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of kettle safety controls and other components and devices involving water heating and temperature control, steam management and water filtration, announces that 161,694 existing ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") which are held in treasury have been transferred to satisfy the exercise of options pursuant to the Strix Group Plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

 

The 161,694 option shares (the "Options") were granted in April 2023 ("2023 LTIP Award") and vested and became exercisable from 4 August 2026 in accordance with the rules of the LTIP.

 

The Options which have vested will be exercised by Strix employees rather than any current Strix Board Director or PDMR.

 

Total voting rights

 

Following the transfer of treasury shares and the exercise of Options, the Company's issued share capital is 229,927,551 Ordinary Shares and the Company now holds 32,024,444 shares in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company is now 197,903,107 which may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
