Stelrad Group plc ("Stelrad" or "the Group" or "the Company", LSE: SRAD) announces that on 3 September 2026, Robert Ellis, Non-Executive Director, sold 166,734 ordinary shares in the Company ("shares") at a price of £1.457 per share.

The sale was conducted pursuant to a personal financial planning exercise. Following this transaction, Robert Ellis has an interest in 2,447,048 shares, representing 1.92% of the Company's share capital.
