Appointment of Audit and Risk Committee Chair

 

Stelrad Group plc ("Stelrad" or "the Group" or "the Company", LSE: SRAD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Watson as Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit and Risk Committee Chair with effect from 19 June 2026.  Stuart will also be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

 

Stuart Watson is an accomplished Non-Executive Director with extensive board experience across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, transport, software and logistics. Stuart is currently NED and Audit Committee Chair of Vp plc, and NED and Audit Committee Chair of Flowtech Fluidpower plc.  Stuart is a Chartered Accountant and was previously a Senior Partner at Ernst & Young LLP, specialising in audit.
