Director/PDMR Shareholding

Star Energy (AIM:STAR) announces that Ross Glover, Chief Executive Officer, and Frances Ward, Chief Financial Officer, sold an aggregate of 350,016 ordinary shares of 0.002 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy tax and national insurance liabilities arising from the exercise of options as announced on 26 May 2026.

Ross Glover has sold 289,541 Ordinary Shares and therefore, following this transaction, he is interested in 845,803 Ordinary Shares representing 0.44% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Frances Ward has sold 60,475 Ordinary Shares and therefore, following this transaction, she is interested in 320,474 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company.
