The International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange has provided their confirmation of no comments on the following documents, which are available for viewing:

Offering Circular dated 17 July 2026 (the "EMTN Offering Circular") relating to the Standard Life plc £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "EMTN Programme"); and

Offering Circular dated 17 July 2026 (the "RT1 Offering Circular", and together with the EMTN Offering Circular, the "Offering Circulars") relating to the Standard Life plc £350,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Perpetual Restricted Tier 1 Contingent Convertible Notes (the "RT1 Notes").

In respect of the EMTN Programme, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the Notes issued under the Programme to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's International Securities Market (the "ISM") during the period of 12 months from the date of the EMTN Offering Circular. In respect of the RT1 Notes, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the RT1 Notes to be admitted to trading on the ISM.
