Director/PDMR Shareholding

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, announces that it was notified that on 5 June 2026, Catherine Lynch, Non-Executive Director, bought 23,750  ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.41 per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Catherine Lynch has a resulting notifiable interest in 33,750 Ordinary Shares.
