Completion of Buyback Programme

 

On 22 May 2025, Staffline Group plc announced the commencement of Tranche 2 of its Buyback programme, which was originally announced on 25 February 2025, for up to 12,440,000 Ordinary Shares or a maximum consideration of £2,656,906, being the balance remaining of the aggregate Buyback consideration of £7.5 million, whichever is met first. 

 

The Group confirms that Tranche 2 of the Buyback is now complete, with the Group having repurchased 5,840,998 ordinary shares for cancellation for a total consideration of £2,656,906. The average price of shares bought back under Tranche 2 was 45.49 pence per share.
