Notice of Annual Results, Investor Webcast and AGM
SRT Marine Systems Plc (“SRT”), a global provider of intelligent maritime surveillance systems for sovereigns and maritime navigation safety systems, is pleased to confirm the following dates for the publication of its annual results, a live shareholder webcast and its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”).
- The Company will publish its results for the financial year ended 30 June 2026 on Monday, 9 November 2026.
- The Company will hold an Investor Open Day (9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) and Annual General Meeting (11:00 a.m.) on Wednesday 16 December 2026 at its offices in Midsomer Norton, Somerset.
- Simon Tucker, Chief Executive Officer of SRT, will host a live shareholder webcast at 8:00 a.m. GMT on Tuesday, 10 November 2026 to discuss the Company's annual results, operational progress and outlook.
The webcast will be a live, unedited public event, open to all shareholders and interested parties. An unedited recording will be made available in the Investor section of the Company's website later the same day.
Questions for Simon may be submitted in advance by emailing investor@srt-marine.com, or during the webcast using the viewing portal.

- During the webcast, questions may be submitted using the "ask a question" text box on the viewing page. Questions will be displayed directly to Simon for him to answer live.
