Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland, announces that, on 30 October 2026, it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) pursuant to the share buyback programme announced on 16 September 2026 (“Buyback Programme”) through Cavendish Capital Markets Limited.
