Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland, announces that, on 18 September 2026, it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) pursuant to the share buyback programme announced on 16 September 2026 (“Buyback Programme”) through Cavendish Capital Markets Limited.

The purchased Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding treasury shares, as at 2 October 2026 is 119,494,026. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
